Subject: Creating Word headers and page numbers

Dear Director,
On October 3rd 2023 we have conducted the usability test on How to Create Headers and Page
Numbers. On this day I gathered three testers to come and sit down individually to take the
step-by-step instructions test on How to Create Headers and Page numbers. After all tests were
taken, it was determined that the three subjects properly created the headers and page
numbers on their papers. The subjects all agreed that the instruction manual was very clear,
concise, and to the point. After the test I was informed that the test went very smooth and was
well put together. Each subject agreed there was nothing wrong with the instructions but gave a
few pointers on how it could improve. On October 12, 2023 I had the test subjects write a
review for the me to see how I could better the test a peer review was conducted to get further
information. We have decided that there a few changes that should could be made to the step-
by-step instructions such as:

 The sentences need to be spaced farther apart and not so bundled together.
 Color could be added to brighten up the instructions, although some testers disagree.
 The font could be a tad bigger in the instructions.
These changes will make the test more clear and better for those who take it. Overall the test
went very well and appreciated the test that I had created for them.
