PROMISSORY NOTE

Date: 30 July 2007

For value received in relation to her failed deployment to Australia, we

hereby promise to pay RECHELLE A. REVILLOZA, of legal age, Filipino,
single and with residential address at Block 2, Lot 21, Shooting Star Street,
Antipolo Hills Subdivision, Antipolo City, Rizal, the sum of PESOS: TWO
HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND (P230,000.00) in accordance with the
following schedule:

1. On 30 July 2007: PESOS: TWENTY THOUSAND (P20,000.00);

2. Every week thereafter until full satisfaction of the total obligation:
PESOS: ________________ THOUSAND (P___,000.00).

We irrevocably acknowledge that in the event that we fail to promptly

pay the total obligation in accordance with the aforementioned schedule, Ms.
Revilloza may already commence the necessary and appropriate civil and/or
criminal suit against us for the protection of her rights and interests. Upon full
payment, Ms. Revilloza will, in turn, execute a full quitclaim and waiver of any
and all actions arising from the failed deployment to Australia.

Actions that may arise involving the interpretation and enforcement of

the stipulations of this Note shall solely be lodged before the proper court of
Quezon City.

WE ACKNOWLEDGE THE RECEIPT OF A COPY OF THIS NOTE

PRIOR TO THE CONSUMMATION OF THE CREDIT TRANSACTION AND
THAT WE FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS THEREOF.
