Subject: Complaint for harassment

Respected Sir,

I am Shrimahant Baba Tara Giri Maharaj, a resident of Gram Khetawas, Gurugram, am

writing complaint to lodge an FIR regarding the harassment I have been facing.

I am being harassed by Mrs. Anita Sahoo (Mob: 9917514068) w/o Mr. Sham Sahoo
and her family members. Her whole family i.e., Mrs Suresh Devi (Mob: 9899795081)
w/o Mr Surjeet and Mrs. Rekha w/o Mr. Parveen Sahoo and others has been associated
with Pahadi Baba Ashram for many years. Her whole family had built trust in me. After
the trust developed, they misled me to investing donations of the temple to buy the
properties in the name of the temple but actually, they had committed fraud on me, after
being lured they made me agree to buy the property in their own name. They had taken
advantage of my trust and manipulated me into investing in temple donations to buy
several properties in their own name. But actually, they had named all the properties for
their own use and when I came to know about such things I had made strong objection.
They had induced me to write a will in his favour and also threatened me and my
followers. Mrs Anita Saho had threatened me to transfer the properties to her family
member's name otherwise she would lodge a fake complaint of sexual misconduct
against me. Her whole family have also threatened my followers to stop visiting my
ashram and forced them to boycott me.

I request you to lodge a complaint against Mrs. Anita Sahoo w/o Mr. Shyam Sahoo, Mr.
Sham Sahoo, Mrs. Suresh Devi w/o Mr Surjeet, Mr Surjeet, Mr. Parveen Sahoo and
Mrs. Rekha w/o Mr. Parveen Sahoo under Section 34, 503, 504, 505 read with section
506 and section 120A read with 120B, 420, 499 of the IPC. It is proving to be a tough
period for me and therefore, I request you to lodge an FIR against the abovementioned
people.
