Subject :- “FIR against Smti. Hermon Mawlong, Smti. Niktisha Mawlong,

Rimanbha Mawlong, Smti. Larihun Mawlong, Shri. Shanbor
Mawlong, Shri. Firstborn Shylla, Addison Dkhar &
Shri.Pratarsius
Mawlong”

Sir,

We the undersigned humbly beg to inform you that on 13/04/23, a

pick up truck came to our resident to unload the fire woods which was
purchased by my mother Smti. Bijulia Syiemiong and while the fire woods
were being unloaded, Smti. Nikisha Mawlong, daughter of Smti. Hermon
Mawlong, came and threatened my mother that on the next day she will
burn all the fire woods and my mother just ignored her and carried on with
her work.

That, on 16/04/23, taking advantage of the fact that my mother was

not at home Smti. Niktisha Mawlong came to our compound and without
any permission she took 2 (two) bundles of the fire woods and myself and
aunt Smti. Noh Syiemiong, which was present at that time and on seeing
this she went to confront her and requested her to put back the fire woods
but instead she verbally abused my aunt and moreover in a haughty
manner claiming the land to be hers and as the fire woods was lying in her
land saying she will carry the fire woods anyways she doesn't care. As what
she had done wasn't enough she again started verbally abusing me and my
aunt by calling us thiefs and because of the continual abused I couldn't
contain my patience anymore I replied back to her and the quarrel starts.
Not being satisfied she start calling her sisters over the phone provoking and
asking them to come at once. And about half an hour her sisters i.e., Smti.
Rimanbha Mawlong & Smti. Larihun Mawlong and they were accompanied
by Shri. Firstborn Shylla, who is Smti. Larihun Mawlong's husband & Shri.
Pratarsius Mawlong, who is the uncle.

That, from a petty quarrel it turns into a commotion. My husband

Shri. Jopsing Dohtdong and my brother Shri. Starshon Syiemiong @ Bub,
who were at home came out and my husband who was related to the
Mawlong's family he went to talk to them to settle the matter amicably but
instead Nikisha Mawlong, started to get physical and violently pushed my
husband. Moreover, Smti. Nikisha without rhyme or reason to stir and heat
up the matter she also start blaming my brother that he is hiding a weapon
and want to injure them.

Thereafter, the Rangbah Shnong was informed who then arrived at the
spot at 8 Pm with another Executive Member of the Dorbar Shnong. The
Rangbah Shnong along with the said Executive Member first went to the
house of Smti. Hermon Mawlong and then later went to the house of Smti.
Bijulia Syiemiong. While going to the house of Smti. Bijulia Syiemiong, the
above mentioned persons mentioned in the subject cited above accompanied
the Rangbah Shnong to the house of Smti. Bijulia Syiemiong. While in the
house of Smti. Bijulia Syiemiong and in the presence of the Rangbah
Shnong Shri. Addison Dkhar & Shri.Shanbor Mawlong, without conscience
and shamelessly started to verbally abused the family members of Smti.
Bijulia Syiemiong using such foul & disgusted words & at the same time
Shri. Addison Dkhar carried a digging bar (lyngka) with him and threatened
to beat Shri. Starshon Syiemiong to death with the digging bar (lyngka) & all
this happened in the presence of the Rangbah Shnong. Luckily, Shri.
Starshon Syiemiong had already fled due to fear for his life & when they
couldn’t find him inside the house Shri. Addison Dkhar along with the
aforesaid men mentioned in the subject above went to search for him and at
the same time also threatened Smti. Bijulia Syiemiong with dire
consequences in the event they couldn’t find Shri. Starshon Syiemiong and
finished him.
That, with the intention to create more rukus all the persons
mentioned in the subject above then went to the house of Smti. Risalin
Syiemiong and Shri. Addison Dkhar, then tried to even provoke and
threatened Smti. Risalin Syiemiong husband Shri. Dimus Mukhim & her
uncle Shri. Phling Kurbah who was present in the said house while also
pointing the Digging bar at Shri. Dimus Mukhim. Then the Rangbah Shnong
( Headman) later arrived in the said house and the incident was narrated to
him.

Thereafter, the police arrived and took up the matter with both parties
and directed Smti. Bijulia Syiemiong and 3 (three) other persons to come to
Umsning Police Outpost today i.e., 17.08.2023. Even though Smti. Trailin
Syiemiong was the person who witnessed everything however, the police did
not call her to Umsning Police Outpost.

Due to the circumstances stated above we the undersigned humbly

request your good Office to take necessary action against Smti. Hermon
Mawlong, Smti. Niktisha Mawlong, Rimanbha Mawlong, Smti.Larihun
Mawlong, Shri. Shanbor Mawlong, Shri. Fisrtborn Shylla & Shri. Pratarsius
Mawlong in accordance with law. And moreover if anything untoward
happened to Shri. Starshon Syiemiong @ Bub, Shri. Addison Dkhar & the
abovementioned person in the subject will be solely responsible.
