Telecommunication industry in Bangladesh.

Now, what is CGSE (Corporate governance and social responsibility). (bullet point)

Now let’s divide it in two part. And understand it but not in bookish definition.

Corporate governance: It refers some rules and regulation that every company should
comply to get a sound corporate environment.
Social responsibility: It’s referring businesses commitment to the society and environment
for the well-being. In normal words, what businesses do for the well-being of the society.

 Shareholder Rights: as we see form their website, They have posted and maintain all
the rights of shareholder in their annual report.
