ACTIVATE YOUR AIA LIFE PLANNER PORTAL ACCOUNT

1. Check if you have received email from AIA informing you that your application has been
successful. In the email, you will receive your agent code (AIA Life Planner Code) and AIA
Premier Email (example below). Please remember them.

2. Scroll down and you will find instructions and link for self-registration. Click at the link -
https://www.aia.net.my/LifePlannerPortalExisting/default.aspx for registration.
This portal is known as AIA Life Planner Portal (ALPP). Please bookmark this page as this will be
the main portal for AIA Life Planner.

3. Click on ‘Register Now!’ at bottom right.

4. Fill in the details. Please use the agent code as stated in the email. Key in your full name, IC
number and agency name (check with your introducer if you are unsure)

5. Key in your password. Please remember your password.

6. Fill up the security info. You would need them if you forgot your password. Now, you are done.
