If you are on a mobile device (phone, iPad) it downloads to the app, but from a laptop/desktop it
will download to your hard drive (I've downloaded dozens of files and books) but sometimes
(happening more and more), it gets stuck in "your download has started" and doesn't progress.
Incredibly frustrating and annoying since I pay for the service by the month.

You are right and is not about the app like someone says. I Have a lot of files downloaded in my
device (just for PC and Mac) and now there is a problem and files are not being dowlnoad.

I had the same issue of being stuck in "Your download has started". Tried it multiple times and
still was stuck every time. I had to clear my cookies and cached data on my browser first (mine is
Chrome) - after that, the download actually worked (saved it to my drive)! I don't know why there's
such problem but this approach worked for me.

muchas gracias, "incognito mode" also worked (after fighting a little with the logon form which
only left me after third try.)

A few of us have the same problem. I downloaded files before, but now it is not working, and I am
canceling my membership.

I figure it out used a different browser if you are using chrome. Safari worked for me.
