Learning Outcomes

The most valuable strategy I learned during this course is the integration of effective

study techniques with strategic time management. By combining thorough content review with a

well-structured study schedule, I can ensure a holistic grasp of the subject matter without

succumbing to information overload. This approach will greatly aid me in my future studies at

UoPeople.

In my forthcoming studies, I will employ the same strategy by first revisiting class notes,

textbooks, and supplementary materials. Then, I will craft a comprehensive study plan that

allocates ample time for each topic, preventing overwhelm. I will actively engage in learning

through methods like practice quizzes and group discussions, deepening my understanding.

Moreover, I will familiarize myself with exam formats using past papers. Additionally, I'll

prioritize a balanced lifestyle for optimal focus and attention. This strategy's synergy of

preparation and organization will undoubtedly enhance my academic journey at UoPeople.

The most surprising aspect of stress management I learned this term is the power of

positive thinking and quick adaptation. It was unexpected how crucial maintaining a positive and

confident mindset is during exams. By utilizing relaxation techniques like deep breathing and

visualization, I can keep my nerves in check and stay focused. Moreover, the idea of promptly

moving on from challenging questions to easier ones and then returning to the difficult ones later

was a revelation. This adaptive approach aids in preventing unnecessary stress and optimizing

time utilization. This new found understanding of managing stress positively and adaptively has

genuinely transformed my exam preparation strategy.


Initially, I approached peer assessment with skepticism, unsure about its effectiveness.

However, as the term progressed, my perspective shifted. Engaging in evaluating peers' work not

only enhanced my understanding but also fostered a sense of collaboration. It's now evident that

peer assessment is a valuable and unique educational approach.

Over time, my apprehension towards peer assessment transformed into comfort and

enthusiasm. I've become more at ease evaluating peers' work and have gained insights into

diverse perspectives and approaches. Assessing my peers' work has taught me fresh viewpoints

and improved my critical analysis skills.
