1. MONITORING

Each head for the grade is going to check formal and informal tasks for the learners once a month according to the
allocated dates for each and every educator.

2. SUPPORT

Each and every head should give support to the grade educators by doing the following;

 Meet fortnightly as a phase for developing each other according to the allocated subject committee.
 Address strategies for reading ,writing and counting
 Conduct class visits once in a quarter to give support.

3. PARENTS INVOLVEMENT.

A record of meetings with parents must be kept by the educators to record all the discussions they held with the
parents concerning the children’s performance.

Parents must be coming to see the performance of their children once a quarter.

4. ASSESMENTS

All formal assessments that will be given in class should be quality assured by the immediate senior in the subject
before administration in class.
