What can I do in my current role to make sure that all food we serve are
safe? (Ano ang maari mong gawin para masigurado na safe ang pagkain na
ating sine-serve?)

Keep Clean. Always wash your hands thoroughly with


soap before handling food

Why is being fit and healthy is important especially when handling food?
(Bakit importante ang pagiging fit at healthy lalo na sa pag-handle ng pagkain?)

Good personal hygiene can prevent food poisoning. Bacteria that


cause food poisoning can be on everyone even healthy people. You
can spread bacteria form yourself to the food if you touch your
nose, mouth, hair or your clothes, and then food.
Think of the process we’ve discussed, what can you do to ensure food
safety in every step of the process? (Balikan ang proseso na ating
pinagusapan, ano ang gagawin mo para masiguradoang food safety sa
bawat step ng proseso?)

Clean: always wash your food, hands, counters, and cooking


tools. Wash hands in warm soapy water for at least 20 seconds.
Separate (keep apart): keep raw foods to themselves.
Cook: foods need to get hot and stay hot…
Chill: put food in the fridge right away
