in reporting efficiency and a 25% reduction in report preparation time. I also spearheaded the
data cleaning and transformation of digital media vendors using a SQL-based tool, analysing
functional requirements, data relationships, and attributes, and performing QA to ensure a
95% accuracy rate for client deliverables. In addition, I successfully managed and developed
an offshore team of 5 analysts to assist with onboarding of dentsu client teams, solving daily
issues and tracking projects to ensure a 100% on-time delivery rate.

I have a strong passion for digital and a demonstrated aptitude for analytics. I am also a
leader with a proven record of leadership in a work setting and through extracurricular
activities. I am comfortable working with ambiguous, ever-changing situations and have a
strong ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis. I
am confident in my ability to structure and solve problems, synthesize clear takeaways from
complex information, and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
and Mandarin. I am also able to establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve
