Blog update #4.

I have done a lot of progress on my ceramic sculptors and everything else that I needed for my capstone,
I’ve created a cup that goes in pair with one of my masks and two sets of tarot cards that also go with
the masks. I have painted the cup, but have yet to pain the other two. I needed help with the cup
because I didn’t know how I was going to sculpt it, how I was going to make it stand up or even if it was
going to work because of the fact that it was a difficult structure to make. I ended up asking both of my
mentors for advice because I was lost on what to do and very confused. I ended up getting the advice
and help I needed to complete the cup , and now it’s painted and ready to be fired in the kiln. The tarot
cards were very easy to make though, I rolled them out using a roller and then carved out all of the
writing and little details with a small needle and then added extra things with more clay. I think that this
overall took me about 5 hours to plan and it was very worth it in the end. The next thing I need to do is
paint the tarot cards and make my final mask, and after that I need to write about them and then I will
be finished with my capstone.
