NON SMALL CELL CARCINOMA, favour ADENOSQUAMOUS CARCINOMA.

COMMENTS
Immunohistochemistry, done on section A1, shows the adenocarcinoma component to be strong diffusely positive
for TTF-1 and squamous cell carcinoma component to be strong diffusely positive for p40 while both are negative
for thyroglobulin.

Received in formalin labelled with patient name, MR No. and "Core biopsy from right lung" are multiple grey white
tissue cores measuring from 0.1 to 1.1 cm in greatest dimension, submitted entirely in three cassettes,
