MRI BRAIN WITH CONTRAST

TECHNIQUE :

T1, T2 and FLAIR Axials. T2 Sagittal, FLAIR coronal. ADC, DWI & SWI Axials.

Post contrast T1 axial, saggital and coronal.

FINDINGS :

- Cisternal and sulcalspaces are normal.

- Ventricular system is normal in size, shape and morphology.

- Cerebellum and brain stem show normalsignal intensity.

- Sellar and parasellar regions are normal.

- Irregular T2 heterogeneous hypointense lesions showing enhancement on

contrast study with adjacent T2, FLAIR hyperintensity seen in bilateral
capsuloganglionic region, external capsules, periventricular and
subcortical white matter in bilateralfrontotemporal lobes. No diffusion restriction.

- Rest of Cerebral parenchyma show normalsignal intensity

with normal grey white matter differentiation.

- No Haemorrhage.

- No shift of midline structures.
