Assalamualaikum wr.wb.

Good morning, dear Teachers and students of Dapuda. I am delighted to witness the launch of
our English Friday program and stand here as 22 state junior highschool of Surabaya headmaster,
in order to express my enthusiasm for today’s incredible event!

English Friday is basically a program designed by the mayor of Surabaya, Mr. Eri Cahyadi, and
the education office of Surabaya City, which aims to make English learning at SMP Negeri Kota
Surabaya more fun, interactive, and also familiarize English among students throughout our
beloved city, Surabaya.

Our teachers have been putting a lot of effort to make these Fridays super fun for all of you guys.
This program will have a lot of engaging performances, activities, and also opportunity to
interact using English with your peers. Remember that this program is not about being perfect
yet it's about having a great time while learning.

I really want all of you to jump into this program with enthusiasm. Be as active as you can by
asking lots of questions, prioritize interacting using English, and enjoy the experience of learning
a new language that can take you places in the upcoming years.

I think that was all of my messages to you students, let's support this program by giving our best
