NARRATION OF EXPERIENCE

Graduating students yearly undergo an On-the-job training for them to practice the theories
and knowledge we learn for more than 3 years of our Bachelor’s degree. This training program
focuses on knowledge and skills development prior to the Construction procedures. This training
will test our learnings about our course and on how we will apply it in the field.

On October 8, 2021, I started my virtual OJT on how to build a concrete wall. Since there is no
specific task given to us, I just choose to help constructing the concrete wall in our house. From
then, I knew the proper way of mixing cement, sand and stones to create mixed aggregates. I also
learned the correct measurements of the materials needed to create aggregates. With the help
of the people who are knowledgable enough when it comes to construction I was able to
understand properly the procedures in Construction. At the end we will able to construct the wall
correctly.

Having such an incredible experience with regards to constructing concrete wall is indeed an
unforgettable one. I am looking forward to gain more knowledge about construction when we
already have a face to face OJT. I learned during this OJT is that when doing difficult job like
construction, I need to focus and give all my best to have a better outcome of my output.
