‫المستوى االول هو تعزيز ورفع مستوى الصحه عن ‪1. Promoting health and wellness.‬‬
‫طريق االتى‬
‫االكل الكويس ولعب الرياضه ‪ Improving nutrition and physical fitness‬‬

‫البعد بعيدا عن شرب الكحوليات ‪ Preventing drug and alcohol misuse‬‬

‫امتنع عن التدخين ‪ Restricting smoking‬‬

‫المستوى الثانى هو الوقايه من المرض ‪2. Preventing illness.‬‬

‫‪Immunizations, prenatal and infant care, and prevention of sexually‬‬

‫والمستوى ده يتضمن التطعيمات واالمصال ومتابعه ماقبل ‪transmitted disease‬‬

‫الوالده ومتابعه الطفل حديث الوالده ومنع االمراض اللت تنتقل عن طريق االتصال‬
‫الجنسى ( يعنى حاجات فى ايدك تعملها تعمل وقايه بها من المرض)‬
‫المستوى الثالث هو لو جالك المرض تعمل ايه علشان تستعيد صحتك ‪3. Restoring health.‬‬

‫المرحله دى بتبدا من االكتشاف المبكر للمرض الى ان يتم الشفاء منه‬

• Hygiene : practices that help to maintain health and prevent the

spread of diseases

• Cleaning: the mechanical or chemical removal of dirt and soil from

the human body, an object or an area.

‫شوف المريض بتاعك حاله جسمه ايه من النظافع وبرضو بص هو بيتحرك وال مالزم الفراش‬

 In case of IV access: prevent the IV insertion site becoming wet.

Careful handling is necessary to avoid kinking or dislodging any tubing
‫فى حاله وجود كانيوال يبقى الزم تحمى مكانها من التبلل وتحمى اى وصله من انها تكون‬
‫مثنيه او عرضه انها تتشال وقت االستحمام‬

 In case of urinary catheter: positioned below catheter to promote drainage

and to prevent backflow
‫فى حاله وجود قسطره بوليه يبقي الزم تخلى كيس مع البةل تحت مستوى السرير‬
Bathing and showering
‫االستحمام واالغتسال‬  In case of a wound dressing or bandage: Remove it before the bath or
shower. ‫فى حاله وجود درسنج على جرح مثال لو ينفع يتشال ماشى ولو مينفعش غطيه‬
‫من التبلل‬
• If wound dressing is necessary: protect it from moisture.
 In case of cast on a limb: A waterproof cover must be applied to protect
the cast from moisture.‫لو فيه جبيره فى اى طرف غطيها بحاجه مانعه للتبلل‬

 In case of skin disorder, or perineal or rectal surgery: Apply a lotion or

cream as prescribed following the bath. ‫لو فى حاله وجود اى مشكله جلديه او‬
‫عمليه فى الشرج مثال نبدا نحط المراهم والكريمات على حسب الموصوف للمريض‬

 Assess presence of lices, dandruff, Skin lesion ‫بص على فروه الراس على اى‬
‫جروح او وجود اى حشرات‬
Hair care ‫العنايه بالشعر‬
 Stimulate the circulation of the blood in the scalp through massage ‫اعمل‬
‫مساج لفروه الراس علشان تحسن الدوره الدمويه‬
 Cleanse the pinna with moist wash cloth ‫دايما نظافه االذن بتكون بقماشه مرطبه‬
 Do not use bobby pins, toothpicks or cotton-tipped applicators
 Cotton- tipped applicators can push wax into the ear canal, which can
Ear Care‫العنايه باالذن‬
cause blockage.
‫التستخدم اى ادوات لنظافه االذن زى العود اللى اخره قطن (ليه) الن ده بيخلى الشمع يدخل‬
‫للداخل ويعمل انسداد‬

 Assess for redness, inflammation, medical problems

‫بص على عين المريض لوجود اى احمرار او التهابات او اي مشاكل طبيه‬
 Cleanse the eyes from the inner cantus to the outer cantus.
‫نظافه العين بتكون من الداخل للخارج‬
 If the client is comatose, cover the eyes with sterile moist compresses. To
prevent dryness and irritation of the cornea.
Eye care ‫العنايه بالعين‬ ‫لو المريض بتاعك فى غيبوبه وغير واعى غطى عينه بشاشه معقمه منعا اللتهابات القرنيه‬
 Avoid rubbing the eyes. This may cause infection ‫تجنب فرك العين علشان‬
‫العدوي‬
 Avoid regular use of eye drops ‫متستخدمش المراهم والقطرات للعين على‬
‫الفاضى‬
 If foreign bodies get into eyes, clean them tepid water as an emergency
treatment ‫لو دخل فى عينك حاجه اغسلها بمياه فاتره‬

Nose Care ‫عنايه االنف‬  Assess both nostril, patency, discharge, inflammation
‫بص على فتحته االنف مفتوحه وال ال – فيها افرازات او التهابات وال ال‬
 May use cotton tipped applicator moistened with saline for nose care
‫استخدم القطن المرطب فى العنايه باالنف‬

Foot care ‫العنايه بالقدم‬  Inspect the skin for breaks or red or swollen areas
‫بص على جلد القدم الى تشققات او االحمرار او التورم‬
