Course Description

This course will help students explore the relevance of human resource strategies and the impact of social, economic, and
cultural challenges on the HR policies and practices. The course will also look at how employee performance is explained as
an HR outcome for firms to gain their competitive advantage over other firms. The students will also learn to analyze how
workforce planning, recruitment and selection, training and feedback are aligned with business strategies of organizations to
achieve their corporate goals.
