Instructions: The crafting of a self-care plan is very important as it is a highly self-reflective activity allowing people to
personally assess themselves in order to identify goals and determine strategies to achieve them. This allows enhancing
health and well-being, managing stress and anxiety, and maintaining a balanced life.

Daily self-care: Identifying needs

What are you doing to support your overall well-being on a day-to-day basis? Do you engage in self-care practices
now? Are you more active in some areas of self-care than others?

Use the table below to help you determine which areas may need more support. Provide at one (1) current practice
and the practice you think you should do in order to improve your aspect of wellbeing. Answer in complete but
