An online job fair is held to promote companies broadly to foreign human resources while a face-to-face job fair is held to enable those who are interested in

actions and job offers is enhanced.

What is the JAPAN JOB FAIR?

This program is designed to provide Japanese and Japanese-affiliated companies(*1) with an interest in hiring high-level foreign human resources with opportunities to
engage in recruitment activities and form connections overseas by holding company information sessions online and interview events offline (on-site, face-to-face
interactions).
The aim is to have Japanese companies innovate, develop new products and services, and expand their business overseas through the recruitment of and activities
undertaken by high-level foreign human resources as well as to stimulate the Japanese economy as a whole.
*1 An overseas-situated company or organization in which Japanese companies or nationals have more than a 50% equity stake.
