Effective recruitment approach
~Hybrid hiring approach based on the use of online and offline features~
An online job fair is held to promote companies broadly to foreign human resources while a face-to-face job fair is held to enable those who are interested in
pursuing jobs with these companies to undergo an actual screening process in person. By holding job fairs on a two-stage basis, the effectiveness of recruitment
actions and job offers is enhanced.
