Hân : hi, not bad. Do you noitice that a mall will be built here?
Thảo : Yepp, I had just read about it in the report. But I think it’s good news for our town.
Hân: Why do you think like that? I think we will lose our favorite place for chatting and meeting. Also,
this place will become noisy and polluted by the appearance of those massive buildings. It’s
unbelievable !
Thao : I understand your concern hân. But hear me out. This mall isn’t just about shopping, it plays a
role in the progress of our community. And you must think about how many job opportunities will be
created! Those who work in bakeries, café shops, cinemas- all within walking distance
Hân : Progress of our community? Replacing a thriving ecosystem with skycrapers and glass buildings.
Do you know that this park is home of many birds, insects, or even a squirrel family. What about them?
Thao : Don't worry, the construction includes green spaces belonging to the mall.
Hân: How about the local shops already struggling to survive? They'll be affected by the mall.
Thao : Competition is an important part of business because it raises everyone's game. Plus, the mall will
attract more tourists, boosting the local economy
Hân : Buttttt……
Thảo : I see your point, Hân. This is a complex issue with no easy answers. Perhaps we can find a
compromise, a way to integrate development with preserving the park's essence.
Hân: I agree with that. This is our favorite place, and we need to work together to find a solution that
creates a win-win situation for both investors and residents.

Hi everyone, my name is Han and maybe you don’t know that I’m a book lover. The very first book I read
when I was in primary school called Nguyễn Ngọc Kí story and I was inspired by his strong will and
lifelong learning. From that point on, I felt in love with reading books and always look for good books to
read. But now I’m a college student, my mom doesn’t take her money to buy books for me anymore, I
need to earn a living by myself. So I usually hunt for some old books, used books and books for sale at
low price but still in a good condition. On the weekends, I usually stop by Nguyen Van Binh Book Street to
buy some books at discounts and bargain prices from 10%-50%. It has many kiosks, Each kiosk
belongs to a specific publisher or bookstore looking to promote their products, such as Kim dong
publisher, Tuoi Tre……, which wide range from literary publications and magazines to reference
books and comics. Items on the shelves cover quite a broad spectrum of genres, such as fictions,
non-fictions, travel writings, or poetry. What is special about it is has various coffee shops nearby for
reading and meeting. These reading spaces are used to hold many interesting activities like book talks by
experts or inspirational figures, art and cultural workshops by numerous artists. Also, my favorite thing
about Nguyen Van Binh bookstreet is a book bus. That service lets us lend the book for free and it has
many old but gold books. So what are you wating for?. Let’s go

Hân: I’m calling to you because Friday is coming, do you have any plan?

Thảo: No, I don’t. I’m free this Friday. I don’t have to go to work, or study. Also, I finished my homework

Thảo: You too? Where do you want to go?

Hân: Maybe somewhere have the AC, and chill music and not too crowded.

Thảo: How about the Passio Coffee near here?

Hân: It’s really crowded in the noon, and the taste of their coffee is too bitter.

Hân: First of all, Nha Trang has alluring and wonderful sceneries. The breathtaking beauty of Nha
Trang sets it apart from many famous beach cities in Vietnam and around the world. If traveling
to Nha Trang, you will be amazed by the crystal clear of seawater and beautiful white sand beach

Hân: Secondly, I love seafood, especially those freshly-caught seafood. So in Nha Trang you will
see that 90 percent of the best restaurants are local ones with beach view and various seafood
dishes. Nha Trang is called Vietnam’s seafood capital for a reason. Nha Trang also has specialty
food, the most popular one is rice vermicelli with jellyfish and To Yen – the bird’s nest soup,
which is believed to be very precious and nutritious.

Hân: Last but not least, the weather in Nha Trang is just right. It’s a bit hot but not too hot. This
beach city enjoys heavenly sunshine all year round with gentle winds, perfect for a lazy day on the
