FORWARD
I was already an award-winning, multiple 8-figure entrepreneur when
I first met Nikhil. We had a 30 minute appointment booked online, and
we hit it off. The call ended up being 4 hours long.
It’s not often I come across a guy like Nikhil. Like me, he’s passionate
about helping people and making a difference in the world. So,
naturally, we hit it off. We stayed in contact after that, and soon we
started floating the idea that maybe we should work together. And
when we did, we scaled past a million dollars quick. We have grown
our companies to the stage where we’re making $500M across our
companies, and Nik was one of the key marketing minds behind this.
I’m so happy I worked with him that I’m actually including him in an
upcoming book of my own.
Funneling Secrets is a book Nik put together with the intent of helping
people as much as possible, and I know that Nikhil always gives 100%
to everything he does. This is someone who grew up in the heart of a
third-world country and was still able to make two 7-figure companies
in 24 months by the age of 21. So there really is no excuse for you
either! This book contains everything you need.
The way to learn quickly is to talk to people who have already
walked the path you want to walk on. This is exactly what Nik did by
interviewing these funnel hackers, and now you have access to the
most valuable lessons he learned from them.
So take advantage of this and you can easily grow just as quickly as
Nik did. There’s no reason you can’t accomplish what he did, what I
did, and more.

situation I was in myself. I was constantly in survival mode, trying
everything I could possibly think of to get out of it. Here’s a small list
of things I tried:
» Farming for $0.80/day to save up for an mp3 player
» Hosting parties and making a margin
» Making less than $100/mo doing data entry
» Building codeless apps (I almost got $400 from this, but my ad
account was shut down)
» Starting a YouTube channel (I didn’t have any equipment)
» I got into MLM for a while too, believe it or not (bad idea)
» Doing gaming streams for 8–10 hours/day (another bad idea)
» I eventually aimed for the top government job in India, as an IAS, times a day on all of the accounts. And to make this work, I had 15

PLAYBOOK
As a bonus for reading through this entire book, here’s my entire
strategy for you to rip off and use for yourself:

Making a lot of money with an online business before you “break

through” can feel hopeless. It’s easy to get lost in a sea of information,
unsure of where to start or how to get noticed. You can spend countless
hours researching and testing different strategies and get nowhere.

And usually, once people go through this, they get frustrated, over-
whelmed, and they question whether they even have what it takes to
succeed.

As someone who’s built two 7-figure companies online by the age of 21

there myself. Believe me, this take a lot of hard work.

But if you let frustration, overwhelm, or self-doubt take over and you
don’t take action, your dreams of building a successful online business

defeated and frustrated for life.

So don’t give up. Read this booklet with a positive attitude and imple-

So if you’re running an online business, or you just want
to start one, read the following and execute it: Advertising is NOT about “shaming” and “bullying” people into buy-

Advertising is all about communication. If you want someone to volun-

tarily give you their hard-earned money, they need to be intrigued by
you and make a decision for themselves.

All you need to do is allow them to make that decision.

But first you need to attract them.

It may sound sad, but that’s the state of the world. You need to accept it

In fact, you should sit down and spend 5 hours doing nothing but writ-
ing about your audience and how they feel.

At the end of this book is a worksheet which will show you exactly how
to do this.

If you don’t know exactly who you’re trying to attract, writing any pro-
motional material will feel extremely difficult. You’ll end up staring at a
blank page for hours without getting anything done. You’ll argue with
other people on what to write, and you won’t have any certainty about
whether you’re writing the correct thing or not.

Remember, every time you write an ad, it will be based on the person
you’re trying to attract. It might sound obvious, but many people forget
this!

But you can’t just write anything about your customer. Your time is
valuable. The most important thing here is to define their pain.

There are a lot of advertising books out there that talk a lot about defin-

But, of course, there are many other negative emotions that influence
people’s buying decisions. People may feel fear and they want to feel If your audience is “solution aware,” they think they found out what

can all be boiled down to a simple formula. For example, they know they need their rotting teeth to be taken out
somehow, but they don’t know who can offer them this.
This is the predicament your audience thinks they’re in:
If your audience is “product aware,” they think they found the partic-
ular product that works, but they don’t know which brand they should
trust. For example, they might know of several dentists who offer den-
tal implants, but they aren’t sure who to pick.

In every instance, whether your audience is problem unaware, problem

aware, solution aware, or product aware, there’s one thing they all have
in common: they have a bad emotion, and they want to feel a good
emotion.

The product contains the “key” to that good emotion. This “key” is
what’s known as the “mechanism.”
They have a bad emotion, and they want to feel a good emotion in-
stead. But they can’t.
As a marketer, you need to spend all of your time communicating the
following to your audience:
Now, what’s stopping them from feeling this good emotion?

That depends on the person.

If your audience is what’s called “problem unaware,” that means they

just feel bad, and they don’t know how to stop feeling bad. For example,
their teeth hurt, and that’s making them upset, but they haven’t thought
through this problem any further than that.

is a problem. Then you need to tell them that for just $4000 (or
some other price), they can feel good emotions instead, such as:

• No more pain when they bite down

• Feeling confident and happy when they smile
• No more worrying about getting terrible diseases from rotten teeth

John should have done his due diligence here. He should already know
exactly what bad emotions his audience feels that drives them to get-
ting dental implants. But if not, he can test out different messages to
see what gets the biggest response. Whatever marketing message makes
him the most money can be the one that he uses the most, so long as

give people products t a fair price that they really do need. But whatever angle you choose, it will always lead to your main offer-

Let’s look at John’s audience. What are some of the “bad” emotions that
John’s audience may feel? This is an important thing to remember about the main offering:

• It hurts their mouth when they bite down

• They get embarrassed when opening their mouth to show their teeth
• They’re afraid of getting worse diseases

Now you’ve launched your ad tests and you’re getting attention. Great!

You could choose to keep spending money and hope that your leads
end up being customers. But one way you can dramatically increase the
likelihood of people buying is talking to them like a real person instead
of hiding behind your screen. Don’t be afraid of this step! Having one-
on-one conversations with your prospects and customers will make
your business much more fun and meaningful. But more importantly,
it increases sales. And in the world of business, making a sale is the
lifeblood of any company. This chapter will be all about increasing the
likelihood that your prospect not only books a call with you, but shows
up to the call as well!

If you’re dead broke and just starting out, you can give people a call
to action in an ad to call your phone number. This is a good option if
you’re doing less than $5000 a month in sales. But if you’re selling high-
er ticket items, book appointments. This method is more effective.

Make sure it’s as easy as possible to book calls with you. The more steps
you have in the process, the less likely they are to book.

One effective way to increase the likelihood of booking a call is to use

communities by attending industry events and conferences. These
events provide a great opportunity to connect with sales leaders, learn
from their insights and experiences, and build relationships. You can
also join online groups or forums that cater to high ticket closers.
Facebook and LinkedIn groups are excellent resources for finding
like-minded professionals and engaging in conversations about sales
techniques and strategies.

You can also seek out mentorship from established sales leaders. Reach
out to successful salespeople and ask if they would be willing to mentor
you. You will need to demonstrate your eagerness to learn and your
willingness to put in the work to succeed. In return, offer to provide
value to your mentor by assisting with their projects, providing feed-
back, or sharing your own knowledge and insights. Remember, they’re
the ones helping you, not the other way around.

Finally, while it’s not the best option, consider investing in courses or
coaching programs that are led by high ticket closers. These programs

DELIVERY
But before you ever take a sales call, you’d better have a contract ready
for them to sign for when they say yes. Contracts aren’t just for the case
where the client may sue you. Their main purpose is to set up expec-

can get templates for these online. We use a tool called StadarDoc to
make this process simple and streamlined.

they need to do to make sure the process moves along smoothly.

Onboarding is a critical part of the delivery process. Even a plumber

can do onboarding with one short video automation that prompts the
client to send the necessary information. This allows for more jobs to
be done in a day, instead of just one, as onboarding is now scalable.

In the entire first 48 hours of a client signing up, make sure they feel
welcomed, appreciated, and supported. Send them a personalized mes-
sage that shows you are genuinely excited to have them on board. Use
their name, reference something specific from your conversation, and
include a warm and enthusiastic welcome.

But of course, after this, it’s time for you to deliver. In other words, it’s
time for you to do what you do best! There’s no question that you need
to do your absolute best work for your client at this point.

But remember that your client may not be aligned with your own
vision for the delivery process. Feedback is the most crucial part of this
stage. Stay grounded and remember that your expectations may not
always align with reality. Even Elon Musk spends a week a year doing
customer support, so take the time to listen to feedback and improve
the way you deliver your services.
