PERSONNEL POLICY

A. All employees must report at 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon, and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM from Monday to
Saturday. No Noon Break.
B. All late employees are given disciplinary action;
1. First Offense - Explanation to Manager (8:15am) penalty .25 per
minute
2. Second Offense _ penalty of 1.00 per minute (8:16 up )
3. Third Offense - considered undertime

It should be ordered monthly.

C. All officials and employees of the cooperative are not allowed to recommend applicant to the
Vacant position of the coop. Up to 3” degree of affinity and consanguinity.
D. New hired employee’s of the coop must sign a contract of six (6) only. In case, the said employee
apply for the renewal of contract of the manager itself submit a recommendation to the Board
of Directors after the performance evaluation and the BOD are the one who makes the final
approval for the employment.
E. All regular employees should receive the minimum wage or more than as approved by the BOD.
F. All regular employees is entitled for 15 days vacation leave and 15 days sick leave and they must
enjoy their leave credit within the year.
G. All employees shall file leave form for vacation leave three (3) days before it takes effect.
H. All employees availing sick leave must file upon reporting to duty with supporting pertinent
documents.
I. Employees having unspent leave is not convertible to cash at the end of the year and it should

HIRING AND FIRING POLICY

The Board of Directors will set the qualifications and requirements for hiring an additional staff upon the
request of the Manager for a new Staff. The Manager will be the one to initiate the hiring and firing.

The following are the qualifications that must not be followed when hiring a staff:

a. Must be a coop member, if not he/she should be a member upon hiring;


b. First degree to fourth degree of consanguinity of affinity with the coop officials are not allowed
