1 General Description of the Business

The name of our dream project is “Vetiver Grass”. We have chosen the location
for our project, which is Chittagong. Because we need a large empty space for
this project and we there empty space for this project and we get there this type
of place. Our main purpose of this project is agriculture and produce product
with cheap price.

In our project we are group of 12-enterpreneurs. So, our project will be a

partnership business and all the partner will provide sufficient financial support
and stuffing. In addition we are going to took all the department like finance,
marketing, human resource, supply chain and also public relation by our self
which going to give an ethnic vibe in the business also to our customers.

We will hand over our project to a well- known third party and the number of the
employees are going to work for our companies are 20. This employee are going
to maintain our distributors, suppliers, performance and all the other sectors that
has been involve with our business.

2.2 Industry Background

We are the first company, which starts the business in Bangladesh. It is absolutely
new in our country so it does not have any background history. But we are confident
that our company will achieve a great success in Bangladesh because we will keep in
mind that Bangladesh is a developing country.

2.3.1 Company’s History
Vetiver Grass cultivated worldwide in 120 countries including various states of India,
England, Thailand, Srilanka, Japan, Indonesia, and Australia. In the current study
field survey was undertaken to explore the vetiver availability and for identifying
vetiver type in Bangladesh. It was collected from different places such as flood plain
(pubail), coastal region (kuakata) and hoar area. Bangladesh has an abundant supply
of vetiver grass. It is commonly found in almost all the districts of Bangladesh as also
stated by Rahman at (1996) and Thomas at (2002). We have sufficient idea about it
because it is the final company. Which starts the business in Bangladesh. It is
absolutely new in our country. We are confident that our company will achieve a
great success in Bangladesh because we will keep in mind that Bangladesh is a
developing country.

2.3.2 Company’s Vision

A vision statement is a business document that states the current and future objectives
of an organization. A company's vision must align with its mission, strategic planning,
culture, and core values. As a company we also have some vision. Our vision is

“To become the market leader within the next 10 years by providing eco-friendly
product to the customers and eliminating landslides and river erosion”.

Mission provides a structure on which the business can build its future. It is first step
for organization to cross its long march. So we are moving forward to a great mission.

 To provide essential oil and craft production for market.

2.4 Uniqueness of Vetiver Grass

Vetiver a very first growing grass and until very recently a relatively unknown plant,
processes some unique features of both grasses and tress by having profusely grown,
deep penetrating root system that can offer both erosion prevention control of shallow
movement of surficial earth mass, Vetiver is non-invasive and has the ability to grow
very quickly after damages due to drought, cold, salinity and adverse weather
conditions. In addition, it has the ability to grow in alkaline, saline, sodium soils and
even soils contaminated with heavy and toxic metal.

2.5.3 Legal Structure

Legal organization structure is a structural relationship by which is bound together in

which individual effort is co-ordinate. As we are 12 entrepreneurs and our business
needs huge amount of capital so we take loan from bank and share capital to run our
business. We want to establish an outstanding example here. As our business is
partnership business. The business is to be established and registers according to
