We TECH DISTRIBUTOR, who are official manufacturers all of the ICT. And IT
equipment’s and software’s, having factories at Al Quoz 4 Industrial Area Al-Marabea
Street Dubai U.A.E, do hereby authorize New Vision ICT Solutions ltd to submit a Bid
the purpose of which is to provide the following Goods, manufactured by us all the
Products that manufactured by Dell, Fortinet, Apple, Cisco, HP, Intel and Lenovo, and
to subsequently negotiate and sign the Contract.

We hereby extend our full guarantee and warranty in accordance with Clause 28 of the
General Conditions of Contract, with respect to the Goods offered by the above firm.
