INSTRUCTIONS:
a) The work manager/engineer shall confirm all required safety equipment & procedures are in place prior to proceeding with the work and
fully responsible for implementation.
b) Ensure that a copy of this permit is available at all times on working site.
c) Ensure all applicable legislations, rules and regulations are followed at all times. The work will be stopped and the violator will be removed
from the mall for any non compliance.

TERMS & CONDITIONS


A) Major work permit(MAJWP 01) is valid for ONLY 14 calendar days from the date of application.
B) MAJWP 01 is STRICTLY for major work as stipulated in section Permit Purpose & Scope of Works of this form.
C) No noisy/dusty/painting work during trading hour. Ensure activities do not have fumes/smell in the common area.
D) Tenants Must submit valid Trade Licence, all relevant valid insurance(public & 3rd party ability) documents, active Pest control copy and
fire safety maintenance control.
E) In the event Tenant staff is required to work overnight, valid labour ID & visa page copies will be required for each staff.
F) Upon the completion of the permit, Mall will issue Noc for the police permit.
G) The granting of permit by the mall shall not be construed as the mall management being responsible in anyway, for the incident/accident
that may arise from your activity.
H) Permit approval process time shall be upto 48hr.
I) A copy of approved form to be attached to the police NOC.
J) Any misuse of the Approved Work Permit or working without a valid Permit will result in issuing Applicable Penalties and Corresponding
rate card.
K) Tenants/Contractors: To call BMS prior to work onsite for all Life, Fire and Safety system related works.(False Fire Alarm will be chanrged
to Tenant/Contractor).
