RESOLUTION NO. 11
SERIES 2023

A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH TRAFFIC/ROAD SIGNS ON BARANGAY ROADS AND

WITHIN PUBLIC AREAS OR BARANGAY FACILITIES SUCH COMMUNITY CENTER AND
ON ACCIDENT PRONE AREAS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF BARANGAY QUILING
NORTE, CITY OF BATAC, ILOCOS NORTE.

WHEREAS, there is one side parking in the entrance of Bantay-Batac St. (main road)
and one side parking when approaching the Bao Bao St;

WHEREAS, a slow-down sign and pedestrian lane shall be place before the Quiling
Norte Community Center and after the Dap-ayan ni Mannalon, to protect the people that goes in
and out of the barangay, community center, Daycare Center and other barangay or public
facilicities;

WHEREAS, the purpose of this resulotion is to ensure peace, order, and the safety of
our constituents and this is the first step to establish ordinance that we need to our barangay as
a developing into urbanized barangay;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SBM Reynaldo S. Agcaoili and jointly seconded by

the rest of the members present be it:

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved this Resolution Requiring All Boarders and Non-
Resident Workers Staying at Barangay Quiling Norte, City of Batac, Ilocos Norte. to Present and
Provide Copy of Identification Cards or Barangay Clearances from their Place of Origin as Proof
of their Identity and Good Moral.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnished copies of this resolution to all apartments and

business establishments within the jurisdiction of this barangay.

On motion of SBM Jose S. Salasac, duly seconded, the foregoing resolution is

unanimously approved.
 APPROVED.
