Dear Lumier Team,

I am writing to express my sincere interest in joining Lumier and contributing to its

transformative mission of providing world-class research opportunities for students worldwide.
With a strong passion for creating accessible educational pathways, I am eager to align my
skills and experiences with Lumier's vision.

First, over the past six years, I have been dedicated to educational initiatives, including three
years as a teacher in rural areas of Vietnam. This experience has granted me valuable insights
into the challenges faced by underprivileged students and fueled my commitment to fostering
positive change. Furthermore, my two-year volunteer involvement in initiating and operating the
Beyond Borders projects, connecting underrepresented students with teachers in urban centers,
has deepened my understanding of bridging educational gaps.

Second, my project management experience, gained primarily in unstructured environments,

showcases my leadership abilities. Having spearheaded and led the operations of virtual
initiatives such as Beyond Borders and Data-driven Classroom Decision, I am familiar with
project initiation, stakeholder communication, and effective execution. Additionally, my
self-discipline and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing my
primary responsibilities with side projects, align well with Lumier's fast-paced and online project
environment. I believe these skills will seamlessly integrate with Lumier's dynamic workplace,
contributing to effective project operations in Vietnam.

Finally, my academic journey (My Master's degree in Learning Design) has equipped me with a
deep understanding of effective educational product design. This, coupled with my prior
experience in research) will support your decision-making in current and future product
development. In all, I am confident that my dedication, leadership & management skills and
educational background will add to Lumer's strengths.
