How to have a good memory

Lately, many people tend to forget about the actions they do, whether in their
daily lives such as at work, studies, among others. At this point we ask
ourselves, are we aware of the actions we do? Do we have good awareness
and memory of the actions we do daily? I can help you answer those questions!

We as humans tend to forget many things, but that is not our fault, because that
is how we were created. But if we want to remember everything we do we have
to exercise our brain, we have to make it work faster, I will give you some tips
so that you have a good memory!

Generally, when I have to do schoolwork, I write down everything I have to do


in a notebook or with whatever is within my reach, I do all this to remind myself
that I must do them, I recommend having a mini book to write down everything
that they tell you, so you will remember your activities better.

Sometimes on TV we watch programs of our liking in order to entertain


ourselves, right? Well, there are programs in which doctors recommend foods
that help us have a better healthy life, because there are also foods that help us
have a good memory, such as; Fish, nuts, spinach, eggs, etc. These foods will
strengthen our brain to have a good memory!

If you are one of those people with a low memory, I recommend that you read
books of your choice since they will exercise your memory and help you be
better able to remember the things you do, also put together puzzles or play
board games or even establish daily routines!

In conclusion, it doesn't matter if you have a short memory, you can exercise
your brain in many ways that will not only help you remember things better, but
also help you have a more developed consciousness!
