WW On my free time, I like the fact that I can have fun MW a variety of things.
Everyone has a favorite activity to do in their free time; some of these can be
good for us to make SP use SP feelnour minds in blank and make us reduce
stress. For example, after having a week full of work on the weekends, I really
like to go out to eat with my friends, because I feel that SP everytime I’m with
them, it feels like every plan gets better, continuing what I said, time with friends
is something really special.
Another great activity during MW free time that I enjoy doing is going to the
stadium to see my favorite team playing. Even though that in Peru it is
somewhat dangerous since there exist the famous “barras bravas”, PT WW
however it is always good to shout for some of the goals. On the other hand,
enjoying your free time doing WW our favorite hobby is also a great idea. In my
case, I really like to make music, even if sometimes I could have other plans. I
would always prefer to make music in my free time, singing about my
experiences, I release all my emotions.
Definitely, I love meeting with my family; it's something I like to do when I have
time, so wherever and however you are, it is always good to take your family
into account for any plan you might have, also another option now that we are in
the summer season, a great plan to do is to go to the pool or the beach if you
have some free time left after doing some of the other activities. I rarely go
there, but in my free time PT I can take a huge dip.
Upon realizing that even though, those activities to relax myself are scarcely to
do for me, because of the range of time. When thinking I can do the things that I
can propose to myself during my free GR times or now that I’m on vacation
because of the University, it doesn’t matter, whenever I get a good chance to
feel myself free, I would give a try to do it.

What I should tell you is obvious; memory is a complex organ that
plays a crucial role in our lives. It has to the ability to store, retain,
and recall information from past experiences, allowing us to learn,
make decisions, and explore the world. Understanding how memory
works and learning strategies for retaining information is essential
for us to succeed and personal development, so it is our problem
whether we learn them or not.
What is memory? memory can be divided into three main stages:
encoding, storage, and retrieval. During encoding, information from
the environment is transformed into something that can be stored in
the brain, that it stores information, it’s crucial. In addition, Storage is
part that retains this information for future use, and recalling is the
process of accessing to that information when is needed. These
processes work thanks to the networks of neurons and synapses in
the brain.
To improve memory to retain information, several strategies can be
applied. First of all, encoding is key. This can be achieved by paying
attention to the information we learn. For example, organizing it in a
meaningful way, and using mnemonic devices like acronyms or
visual images to make the retention strong in the brain. Recalling the
information using repetition or active recall can improve memory.
To conclude, it is important that people have a SP heathy life, a
healthy lifestyle plays an important role in memory function. Regular
exercise for example is crucial, a balanced diet, PT and enough
sleep time can improve cognitive abilities, including memory. Stress
management techniques are key too, such as meditation and yoga
exercises, MW can also contribute to better memory.
