Week 6: this is where it starts to feel some


pain because of the increasing repetitions,
but it needs to continue for a better fit.

This week, I feel a little bit, but because I


continue the exercise, my body feels that
I am coping with the exercise I do.

This week, after being locked down due
to the pandemic after a year, I came back
to swimming, which is my sport, and after
this swimming, I feel pain because I
forgot to do stretching, but it was worth
it.

Back again to my exercise, it will also
help my body cool down because of the
swimming last Sunday.

muscle pain because the body can cope
up fast because of pressure.
