For my second week of running, I felt very great but very exhausted.

For my first running


workout for this week, I felt great since I rested well during the weekend. Since I'm feeling great
this week, I plan to push my limits to do 5 sets of running workout 1. After the run, I felt very
exhausted and tired. Some parts of my body like my knees and ankles were sore after doing the
workout but I had fun pushing my limits. For my last running workout for this week, I felt better
and my body didn't feel that much sore since last time. I also felt that my body is getting used to
doing workouts.

For my third week of running. I felt very good but very tired. For my first running workout this
week, I felt very exhausted and my body hurts after the workout because my body is not used to
core exercise and also I rarely do workout too. For my second workout this week, I also felt
exhausted and my body also hurts but the pain is much lessened.For my last workout for this
week, I felt better and my body is getting used to core workouts. I also felt that my body is
handling these core exercises very well since my third time doing it and also I hope that I can
discipline myself in doing 4 workouts per week starting next week.

For my fourth week of doing running workouts, I felt good and very tired at the same time. For
my first workout for this week, I felt great and felt refreshed after the workout. Unlike the first
workout this week, my second workout felt tiring and my body is in pain after the workout. I think
this pain in my body is caused by not warming up properly and rushing the workout. Fortunately,
my third workout felt great and I didn’t feel the pain in my body during my second workout since
I properly do my warm ups and take the workout calmly and slowly. In conclusion, this week
hasn't been much of a struggle for me since I am used to working out once in a while and I hope
that I can improve my core and properly execute all the workout next time.

For my fifth and sixth week of doing running workouts, I felt good and refreshed doing the
workout since we are in a one week reading break which gives me more time in doing workouts.
During the reading break, I only did 2 workouts since I want to maximize my time in studying my
finals and relaxing before the break ends. During the break, I was able to do 1 interval training
on the first workout day and 2 sets of HIIT workout on the second workout day. For the first
workout that week, I felt very good and did not have much pain in my body after the workout
while for the second workout that week, I had a hard time doing the workout and my body felt
very exhausted and my body is in pain after the workout since this is my first time doing HIIT
workouts. For the sixth week, I felt great and also tired doing the workout since I overdo my
workouts. For this week, I was able to do 2 interval training and 2 HIIT workouts. For the first
and third workout this week, I did the interval training which I am getting used to doing these
past week and felt very good after the workout. For my second and fourth workout this week, I
did the HIIT workout and for the set, I was having a hard time doing the workout but for my 2-4
sets, I was able to get used to it. In conclusion, this week has been much of a struggle for me
since some of the exercises are a bit new to me and I wasn't able to do some of the workout
properly.
For my fourth week of doing running workouts, I felt good and very tired at the same time. For
my first workout for this week, I felt great and felt refreshed after the workout. Unlike the first
workout this week, my second workout felt tiring and my body is in pain after the workout. I think

For my seventh week of doing running workouts, I felt good and very tired at the same time. For
this week, we are doing Running Fartlek workouts which is new to me. For my first attempt in
doing this workout, I felt very great and refreshed after the workout. For the second attempt this
week, I felt great, however I feel a bit tired after the workout. For my last attempt at doing this
workout this week, I felt very tired and my body is in pain after the workout. This is because I
overdid myself and rushed the workout. In conclusion, this week hasn't been much of a painful
workout since I am used to working out once in a while.
