    Writing task 1

    The chart outlines the different levels of post school qualification in Australia and the proportion
    of men and women who held them in 1999. There is the hugest gap between males and females
    in skilled vocational diploma, about 10 per cent in females and about 90 per cent in males. The
    least gap between men and women is in Bachelor’s degree, over 50 per cent in women and about
    50 per cent in men. There is only under 10 per cent difference between males and females in this
    category.

    The proportion of females in undergraduate diploma is more than male’s proportion, about 70
    per cent and under 40 per cent respectively. Remainders, postgraduate diploma and master’s
    degree, show men got a higher percentage than women. Male’s percentage in postgraduate
    diploma is over twice than female’s, about 70 per cent in males and about 30 per cent in females.
    The proportion of me in master’s degree is 60 per cent. The percentage of women in the same
    category is 40 per cent.

    Writing task 2

    These days, almost everyone live in liberalism society. governments ensure our freedom that don't
    afflict other human right. Amont freedoms, there is the freedom of expression. It is very essential
    freedom for creative artists to express their own ideas in whichever way they wish. However, I
    think there should be government restrictions in a measure on what they do.

    Governments need to enroll screening restrictions for teenager from exposure of harm ideas.
    Harm ideas mean that is destructive, sexual, ideological ideas. Teenagers are vulnerable to be
    effected from such ideas. If teenagers is affected by such ideas and addicted to incendiary media,
    it will cause illness of mental to young child. We should set up a barrier like age restriction in file
    and music.

    However. restrictions should avoid to hinder creative artists. It is very challenging for artists to
    express their own idea with suppression of government. The government only could do screen
    results of artist. Artists surely creat their own piece no matter what is harm for teenagers. If
    governments control all of artists, the will of creation will be destroyed, and the number of artists
    will be diminished to zero.

    We have right to enjoy the freedom of expression. We could imagine, design and express our own
    thought to crowd. The atmosphere should be maintained for humankind to develop arts and
    science. So, I think restrictions could do essential role in modern society. Restrcitions will role as
    primary barrier for teenagers, and the artist's worry about law will be gone.
