業者登録手続き(取引業者用):

Step1:

Qualcomm Supplier Portal というシステムにて、弊社が新規仕入先ご担当様のメールアドレスを「新

規ユーザー 」として作成致します。 新規ユーザーが Qualcomm Supplier Portal で登録されるに際
し、新規仕入先ご担当者様のメールアド レス宛に複数の E メール通知が送信されますので、メー
ルを受信されたご担当者様には,各メールの内 容に対して必要な手続きをとっていただきます。 1
つの取引先様が複数のユーザアカウントの申請いただくことは可能ですが、それぞれのアカウント
申請ごとに 新規登録手続きが必要となります。

Step1:

Qualcomm will create new users in Qualcomm Supplier Portal. New User is email address of the contact
person of the supplier. Once Qualcomm completed user creation, series of email is triggered for user’s
action. Each vendor can have multiple users and each user will have to go through registration process of
Qualcomm to access Supplier Portal of Qualcomm.

Email Notification 1:

Once user creation is completed by Qualcomm Admin Team, user would receive email notification to
validate email address. This is done to ensure correct user of the supplier is created in Qualcomm Portal
to maintain privacy for the suppliers and Qualcomm.

システム内新規ユーザーが Qualcomm システム管理者によって作成されると,仕入先ご担当者様

宛に、使用 されているメールアドレス検証手続きのためのメールが届きます。これは
Qualcomm システムに登録されたメー ルアドレスが合っているかを検証する手順であ
り,Qualcomm と取引会社の間の情報セキュリティ のための手続きでもあります。

Email notification 2:

E メール通知#2

After about 5 min Welcome Email from Qualcomm is sent with the Role assigned to the user of the
supplier.

#1 の手続きが完了すると,約 5 分後,Qualcomm からのウェルカムメール（新規ユーザーのアドレ

ス検証後 、システム内でのユーザー登録完了を通知するためのメール）を受け取ることができ
ます。

Note: No action required in this notification. It is to ensure supplier email address has been validated and
welcome note sent to the user.

注意:E メール通知#2 に対しては必要な手続きはございません。

E メール通知#3:

Temporary Password is sent the user. Also, a link to Supplier Portal is sent in this email. In this
notification supplier is requested to click the link https://sp.qualcomm.com or enter in the browser along
with user name and Temporary Password.

ンクも提 供されます。新規ユーザーは、ユーザーID（登録された電子メール）とこの受信メー
ル本文記載の臨時パス ワードを使用して https://sp.qualcomm.com サイトに接続することができ
ます。

Click the Link https://sp.qualcomm.com received in the email notification or enter in browser. Below
page is seen.

受信メール本文内に記載の https://sp.qualcomm.com

をクリックすると,以下のような画面が表示されます。

Enter User name and Temporary Password received in the email notification.

Click Login and it is directed to below page.

ユーザー ID (登録された電子メール) と臨時パスワードを入力し,ログインすると,以下のような画面
が 表示されます。

Multifactor Authentication Page- Do not close this screen. Identification code (One Time Password) is sent to
the registered email.

Enter the Identification code (One Time Password) and click submit

‘Current Password’ 欄： E メールで受け取った臨時の暗証番号を入力

‘New Password’欄：使用しようとする新しいパスワードを入力

‘Confirm New Password ‘ 欄：使用しようとする新しいパスワードを再度入力

Click Submit. [送信]をクリックします。

Upon Clicking Change Password, Qualcomm Supplier Portal Page opens.

Change Password アイコンをクリックすると,下記のように Qualcomm Supplier Portal Page が開き ま

す。

Email Notification 4: E メール通知#4:

This Email is to notify that Password is changed successfully. User can login to Qualcomm Supplier Portal
with New Password.

これは暗証番号が無事変更されたことを知らせる E メールです。

ユーザーは,新たに設定したパスワードを通じて Qualcomm Supplier

Portal システムに接続することができます。
