Internship agreement

Dear Karina Lirchuk,

This letter confirms your paid internship with Santinni (‘the Company’) and sets out our
hopes and expectations. We are committed to providing you with a supportive environment
that will allow you to gain valuable learning and experience. We hope that your internship
will be enjoyable and rewarding.

Internship

Your 6-month internship will commence on 4th of September and end on 29th of February,
2024 .

*Please provide as much notice as possible if, due to illness or other reason, you are unable to
attend to your tasks during any part of your internship.

Mentoring and support

Your mentor during your internship is Ruby Denton. You will have regular meetings with her
to discuss your progress and work plan. These meeting are also designed to provide you with
an opportunity to address any concerns or problems you may have.

Pay

You will be paid £41.68 per day. You will be working on a freelance basis, so will be
responsible for writing us an invoice for the month on the 21st of each month (e.g from the
21st of the previous month to the 21st of the said month).

-You are solely responsible for the full amount of income tax and national insurance
contributions due on all payments received from the Company.

We can also agree to pay you an additional supplement fee, per photoshoot you do for us, as a
photographer/videographer when you visit us in London.

Intellectual Property

You hereby assign to Santinni all existing and future intellectual property rights (including,
without limitation, patents, copyright and related rights) and inventions arising during your
internship for Santinni.

You agree promptly to execute all documents and do all acts as may, in the opinion of the
Client, be necessary to give effect to this paragraph.
You hereby irrevocably waive all moral rights under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act
1988 (and all similar rights in other jurisdictions) which you have or will have in any existing
or future works.
Confidentiality

During your internship you may have access to confidential information in relation to the
Company or our clients. We expect you to maintain confidentiality and not to use or disclose
such information whilst you are an intern with us or at any time in the future.

You are also not to publicly speak about your internship, including role, tasks et cetera.,
unless discussed with, and permitted by Santinni.

Notice Period:

If, for any reason, you are unable to complete your internship, you are required to provide us
with a 2-week notice, before the date you leave the internship.
