This certificate attests that all provisions concernin the assessment and verification of constancy of performance
described in Annex ZA of the Standard

EN 13986:2004+A1:2015
under System 2+ for the performance set out in this certificate are applied and that

the factory production control fulfils all the prescribed requirementsfor these
performances.
This certificate was first issued on 17 January 2018 (EN 13986:2004+A1:2015) will remain valid as long as neither the
harmonised Standard EN 13986:2004+A1:2015, the construction product, the AVCP methods nor the manufacturing
conditions in the plant are modified significantly, unless suspended or withdrawn by the notified factory production
control certification body.

The Validation of this certificate will be confirmed by a half-yearly surveillance attestation.
