ENTREPRENEURSHIP CELL, VNIT Nagpur

thinQbate

1. Preamble:
Entrepreneurship Cell is managed by students of VNIT, Nagpur aims to promote
and develop entrepreneurship culture amongst the students. Various events and
workshops are conducted by E-Cell, VNIT to inspire students to become leading
entrepreneurs of tomorrow.

2. Objectives:
The objective of this MOU is to establish a partnership between E-Cell, VNIT and
thinQbate to promote a culture of entrepreneurship amongst the students.

3.Deliverables from both parties:

thinQbate agrees to provide the following to E-Cell, VNIT:

Post-event provide a workspace to our top Startups to work under your

Incubator.
Provide the top 15 Startups access to your network, resources and follow-up
Mentorship.
Encourage the startups under your Incubation to participate in the event.
Provide Potential Investors and Mentors within your network, for Shark Tank
Conso Round and Mentorship Round respectively.
Promote and increase participation of our Offline Networking Meets.
E-Cell, VNIT agrees to provide the following to thinQbate

Incubator will be provided the title of “Innovation Partner” for StartUp

conducted by E-Cell, VNIT.
The Startups Associated with the Incubator will get an opportunity to
participate in the Conclave and crack deals.
Selected startups will be provided 1-on-1 mentorship by experienced Angel
Investors and Founders.
All publicity posters and pamphlets to bear a logo of Your Incubator as the
Innovation Partner.
An exclusive gate decor provided to the Incubator inside StartUp Conclave '23.
A logo mention on the 8*8 ft banner during StartUp Conclave 23 and
Consortium'24.
All the Branding & Publicity avenues will be offered to the Incubator.
Social Media promotions of the Incubator on Instagram, Facebook, and
LinkedIn with reach exceeding 60K+ audience
Mention of the Incubator on the official website and Annual Report of E-Cell,
VNIT Nagpur .
Promotion of your Incubator in Mentorship rounds and in the final round i.e.
Shark Tank Conso Round.
Radio Publicity and Newspaper mention given to the Incubator during
yearlong activities carried out by E-Cell, VNIT.

4. Arbitration:
Any claim or dispute arising out of or related to this contract will be jointly
settled by E-Cell, VNIT, and thinQbate with mutual respect.
