3-2 Final Project Milestone Two
The mission and vision statement of Asian health services is providing exceptional medical
care to underserved immigrants and Asian Americans in the community. The purpose of
their vision is to ensure that all patients are treated regardless of their language or culture
barrier, income status, and insurance eligibility (2015). Sarah focuses on taking measures
with disease prevention, by supporting patients through health screenings and tests to
prevent chronic health diseases. Strategic planning helps organizations articulate a clear
direction and set goals for accomplishments. AHS's approach towards The Asian Health
Services is transforming their issues into objectives that help them think of an essential
arrangement that works best with their association. AHS patients have an intensive amount
of underserved populace particularly with regards to medical services this is the reason
they have made it a priority to care for overlooked patients. They need to expand tolerant
fulfillment by diminishing the number of readmissions which is fed by focusing on caring
for patients between specialist visits. AHS approach is to provide innovative wellness to all
patients regardless of their age or background and achieve better health outcomes in
cultured communities.
The prevailing issue in this case study interferes with the strategies to improve the safety
and quality of providing significant health care delivery. AHS developed major
interferences due to staff turnover and hiring experienced bilingual well-trained healthcare
professionals (2015). Retaining medical staff became a challenge, Which AHS developed an
incentive program based on the overall quality of the patient's care. High turnover rates
can become expensive and time-consuming in a demanding healthcare environment. AHS
develop a strategy to retain their employee’s talent by providing competitive salaries and
offering
magnificent rules and systems that will ensure administrations that suggest just quality
administrations. In this way, would constrain the offices to do as such and satisfy strategic
recommendations to hold and upgrade the rules. The association is straightforwardly
detailed in producing and applying the lively occasions of the public while the board directs
them and affirms the targets of the association (2017). Consequently, the medical services
doctors manage the patients on an individual level, and their contribution on how
advantages may increment would be a monstrous help. The patient starts things out, and
their proposals and suggestions would help the administration in making viable vital plans.
