Head of the Anvilston House, is Borrin Anvilstone, a skilled and revered Dwemer engineer, hailed
from the esteemed Anvilstone Clan. Born into a lineage of master craftsmen and overseers, he
assumed the role of Warden of the local Ports, where he supervised the construction of various
civic and military structures. Borrin's keen eye for detail and unwavering dedication made him an
invaluable asset to his people.
However, tragedy befell Borrin and his clan when an enigmatic and devastating force decimated
their land, leaving behind only fragments of their once-flourishing civilization. With little evidence
to explain the catastrophe, Borrin and his people were forced to abandon their homeland, leaving
behind the memories of their glorious past.
Thus, Borrin embarked on a perilous journey that would span a decade, as he sought a new home
for his displaced kin. His travels took him across vast oceans, through mystical portals, and over
rugged terrain on his trusty pony. It was during his relentless quest that he stumbled upon Kuthara,
a land shrouded in mystery.
Upon arriving in Kuthara, Borrin's eyes beheld a peculiar sight: a procession of nomadic Dunmer,
Drow, or Dark Elves migrating towards a sacred island adorned with colossal mushrooms that
towered like buildings. This land, called Alathra, was a realm unknown to Borrin, but he sensed a
profound connection to the people he encountered and recognized the dire need for his engineering
skills in this unfamiliar domain.
Description of the Moondust Tribe
The nomadic Dark Elf clan that Borrin encountered on the holy island of Alathra is known as the
Moondust Tribe. The Moondust Tribe has a deep affinity for nature and its mystical energies. They
traverse the landscapes of Kuthara, following the cycles of the moon and the whispers of the
ancient forests. In their migration, they are drawn to sacred sites imbued with natural wonders, and
the holy island of Alathra, where towering mushroom structures thrive, holds a particular spiritual
significance.
The Moondust Tribe is a close-knit community, deeply rooted in their traditions and customs. They
possess a strong bond with the natural world, harnessing the power of earth and magic to sustain
their way of life. Their dwellings are constructed in harmony with the surrounding environment,
utilizing natural materials and incorporating the sacred mushrooms into their architectural designs.
Despite their reverence for nature, the Moondust Tribe recognizes the need for expertise in
engineering and construction. Borrin's arrival is seen as a fortuitous event, as the clan's spiritual
leaders interpreted his coming as a sign of the divine. They quickly recognize Borrin's skills and
welcome him as an honored guest, offering him a position of importance within their community.
The Moondust Tribe's physical appearance reflects their connection to both the dark elf and the
natural world. They possess the distinct features of dark elves, with obsidian skin and luminous
eyes that mirror the twinkling stars. Their hair is often silvery or ebony in color, and they bear
intricate patterns of ancient tattoos that mark their tribal affiliations and spiritual journeys.
Within the Moondust Tribe, artisans and craftsmen play a crucial role, crafting intricate jewelry,
garments woven from enchanted fibers, and other adornments that celebrate their bond with nature.
The clan's settlements are harmoniously integrated into the landscape, utilizing the sturdy trunks of
ancient trees and the curving shapes of the mushroom structures to create a unique and enchanting
atmosphere.
Borrin's integration into the Moondust Tribe marks a blending of Dwemer engineering expertise
with the spiritual connection to nature and magic that the clan holds dear. With his knowledge and
skills, Borrin becomes a revered figure among the Moondust
