    W2W COMMITTMENT FORM

    I hereby enter into a Covenant with the Lord Jesus Christ through the Women 2 Women Ministry
    as I commit myself.

    To maintain a dynamic and growing love relationship with Jesus Christ, in keeping with this task
    that God has given me as a W2W Volunteer.

    To come spiritually, mentally, and physically prepared so that I may effectively serve in the roles
    to which I am assigned to.

    To willingly participate in all meetings, trainings, fellowships, retreats, and other possible Women
    2 Women Ministry activities.

    To consistently provide a good example of punctuality, self-control, diligence, humility,


    obedience, patience, prayerfulness, and genuine love for others so that they may also strive to
    attain a well–balanced, spiritually fruitful life.

    To exercise personal discipline as a Women 2 Women Ministry Volunteer so that I may not
    hinder, but rather, render effective service to the ministry and to the Lord.

    To be prepared, in and out of season, to exercise this ministry of being a woman who helps
    other women grow in God’s love.

    To be an active member of a CCF Dgroup.
