(7) Calibrate

1. Input to Select the Calibration Mode.

Digital Zero is released and Zero Tracking is inhibited. Put display in Gross
weight mode.

2. Zero Calibration

(a) Make sure there is no excess load on the scale.

(b) Make sure the STAB. lamp is ON. (Calibration should be done when scale is
stable.)
(c) Do Zero Calibration.

3. Span Calibration

(a) Put a Balance Weight on the loadcell (or scale). In order to


get ideal linearity of the scale, the
Balance Weight must be more than 50% of the Capacity and within the Capacity.
(b) Make sure the STAB. lamp is ON.
(cC) Input the Balance Weight.
