Test the functioning of Emergency Start Dispensing Fuel. Press Emergency

REJECTION CRITERIA:

All the above parameters as mentioned in Section C are considered as critical for MPD and FAT Sample
should strictly adhere to the above measures. In case the MPD fails to meet any of the above FAT
parameter (Section C as mentioned above), the product will be summarily rejected and vendor shall be
given 15 days time to rectify the product and re-offer for FAT. MPDs shall be reoffered for FAT.

BPCL reserves the right to cancel the order in case the MPDs fail to meet the parameters of Section C as
mentioned above during re-offered FAT. In such case, Price Bid Security amount shall stand forfeited.
MPDs will be given for FAT within three weeks from the date of LOI. Any delay in offering MPDs for
FAT/ re-FAT on account of Vendor, will be accounted for LD as the 1st lot of MPD has to be dispatched
within 8 weeks from LOI.
