DESCRIPTION

DTC Code DTC Detection Condition Trouble Area

Hydraulic circuit
After braking, the fluid pressure inside Master cylinder solenoid
C1452 the accumulator is less than the (Accumulator pressure
threshold within 3.2 seconds. sensor)

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTICE:

When replacing the master cylinder solenoid, perform calibration (Click here).

1.CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS

a. Check with the customer to determine if frequent braking has been performed.

2.RECONFIRM DTC

a. Clear the DTC (Click here).

b. Turn the engine switch off.

c. Depress the brake pedal more than 40 times.

d. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

e. Wait for 99 seconds.

f. Check if the same DTC is output (Click here).

Frequent braking was not performed and DTC is not output B
Frequent braking was performed and DTC is not output C

HINT:

Excessive brake pedal operation results in abnormal accumulator pressure consumption. This
is normal.

3.CHECK HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT

a. Check the hydraulic circuit (Click here).

OK:
Hydraulic circuit is normal (no leakage).

NG REPAIR HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT

OK

4.READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (ACCUMULATOR SENSOR)

a. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

b. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

c. Turn the intelligent tester on.

d. Enter the following menus: Chassis / ABS/VSC/TRC / Data List.
