I - Introduction

In the spirit of promoting holistic development, our MAPEH Festival

incorporated a variety of events catering to different age groups. We are
proud to present an accomplishment report highlighting the achievements
and memorable moments of this festive occasion.

The upper grades exhibited exceptional sportsmanship and

athleticism in the volleyball competition. The students from Grades 4 to 6
engaged in fierce yet friendly matches, showcasing their teamwork,
strategic thinking, and passion for sports. The matches were not only a
display of physical prowess but also emphasized the importance of
discipline and collaboration.

For our younger participants, the MAPEH Festival featured a

delightful array of party games that not only brought laughter and joy but
also encouraged the development of motor skills and teamwork. The lower
grades engaged in activities that highlighted their creativity, enthusiasm,
and the sheer joy of play.

We extend our gratitude to the dedicated teachers, supportive

parents, and, most importantly, our talented students who made this event
a resounding success. Through their hard work and commitment, they
have truly embodied the spirit of the MAPEH Festival, making it a
memorable experience for everyone involved.

III - Problems Met
Despite the resounding success of our School MAPEH Festival, it is essential to
acknowledge and address challenges that emerged during the event. One notable issue
was the lack of participants for each game from different categories, namely Girls and
Boys. Additionally, the lack of equipment and proper gear for the students posed a
hurdle, impacting the overall flow of the games as we were constantly needing to fix the
net for the volleyball, fetch the ball as they bounce way off to the distance while the sun
showed no mercy upon the students waiting under the heat. These challenges, though
to be expected, provided valuable learning experiences and opportunities for
improvement. Through collective efforts and a commitment to continuous
enhancement, we are confident that future iterations of the MAPEH Festival will
overcome these obstacles, ensuring an even more seamless and enjoyable experience for
all participants.
IV - Solutions Made
In response to the challenges faced during the School MAPEH Festival, proactive
measures were swiftly implemented to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable
experience for all participants. To address the lack of participants for each game, we
made it so that there would only be 2 teams participating and make the teams mixed
with boys and girls, mitigating its impact, and enhancing overall event flow.
Simultaneously, efforts were directed towards the lack of equipment and staff
overseeing the events, with the help of the Brgy. Captain Saparudin Guialudin, he
donated equipment’s like a volleyball and the net used by the events as well as gave the
school prizes to give to the winners of events, resulting in a more efficient and seamless
execution of activities. These solutions exemplify our commitment to continuous
improvement and the collective dedication of our team to provide an exceptional
experience for everyone involved in future MAPEH Festivals.
