WARNING
Electric radiator fan can start even with the engine cut!
Rotating components can result in cuts and squashing!
Disconnect plug connection on electric radiator fan.

It is advisable not to reuse the accessory drive belt(s) after removal, but always replace them!

Remove
Air conditioning compressor accessory drive belt
Lift vehicle
Remove underride guard. (If present)
Remove the radiator fan.
Turn crankshaft in engine rotation direction and simultaneously pull off the accessory
drive belt.
Install
Place accessory drive belt onto air conditioning compressor.
Fit accessory drive belt onto crankshaft belt pulley using special tool. (1)

Lift vehicle
Remove underride guard. (If present)
Remove the radiator fan.
Install
Installation is carried out in reverse order of removal.

Install
Installation is carried out in reverse order of removal.
Start engine.
Check belt running.

and experienced mechanic.
