    Respected Sir/Madam,
    With reference to the Chief Secretary (Appointing Authority), Andaman & Nicobar Administration
    conveyed vide File No. A-12011/4/2022-DDE(Perl.)-EDN-EDN_AN., the Secretary (Edn),
    Andaman & Nicobar Administration, Directorate of Education, dated 25/09/2023, I am immensely
    pleased to inform you that I accept the offer of appointment and willing to join for the post of
    Graduate Trained Teacher- SOCIAL STUDIES (HINDI/ENGLISH) (Group “B” Non-Gazetted
    & Non-Ministerial) and I also agreed to accept all the terms and conditions given in the offer of
    appointment.
    The acceptance of offer of appointment letter for the above said post has already been submitted to the
    concerned authority in the Office of the Siksha Sadan, to the Directorate of Education, VIP Road,
    Port Blair, South Andaman, on 26/09/2023 (Copy Enclosed).
    Consequent on appointment with the Place of Posting Vide Common Order No. 2074, dated
    13/10/2023 to the post of Graduate Trained Teacher- SOCIAL STUDIES (HINDI/ENGLISH), Vide
    Annexure to the Order No. 2079, dated 13/10/2023, on Page No. (07-08) (Copy Enclosed).
    I give the commitment that I shall efficiently discharge my duties and responsibilities. I also assure
    you that I will abide by all the rules and regulations of the Directorate of Education, under the
    Andaman & Nicobar Administration and under the Government of India.
    So, therefore I request you to kindly accept my joining report / duty report on 16/10/2023 forenoon at
    the earliest from your end please.
