At Ashok Leyland, we always prioritize our customers' satisfaction. Our efforts and initiatives are
aimed at providing our customers with the best possible service experience. In line with our
philosophy of "Koi manzil door nahin," we introduced AL Revive on 15th May’23. This was
ut
communicated vide circular SRV_AM_05_2023 - Launch of AL Revive dated 11th May’23. This
initiative is designed to assist our customers in making their accident vehicles roadworthy in the

quickest possible time.

• Minor Repair – BIBO (<Rs 1 Lakh estimate) – 15 days

• Major Repair – BIBO (>Rs 1 Lakh estimate) – 30 days

When we launched this scheme, we had 65 AL revive certified workshops. We are happy to expand
this scheme to 37 more workshops and with this we will be having 102 AL Revive certified

workshops. This expansion of Accident Repair Network across the country will enable better reach
and access to our customers for quick and quality accident repair.

The details of the 102 AL Revive certified workshops are provided in Annexure 1. The list is valid for
all vehicles in-warded from 1st Jul’23
