    Dear Zorah restaurant

    I would like to inform you that your restaurant dishes impress me a lot so that's why I am
    planning to serve your dishes on the occasion of the opening ceremonies buffet for the
    university’s World Village celebration next month.

    I visit your website and get some information about the food items, quality & quantity for the 120
    people. But I could not find some information on the website that the half or full tray will be
    enough for our people and also don’t know about the cost. So it would be very kind if you could
    provide more information about the total expenses of this because I don’t want to have enough
    funds for this and also I want to avoid the expenses of some unnecessary things.. There is also
    a beneficial side for your restaurant also so it will be a huge advertising opportunity for your
    restaurant to boost up and gain more customers at the same time so it would be very
    appreciated if you guys give us some discount and maybe later we will call you for the upcoming
    events of university’s World Village celebration if you give us best food and services.

    Finally, give me full details as soon as possible and give us good, healthier food services and I'll
    pick up your food by 11:00 am on the occasion day if you agree to the deal with us.
