Can you change the default NPC's clothing?

Is it possible to change the maid's outfit to something
you rather see her wear and have her wear it every
time? Or a plumber, pizza guy etc?

I think there is an option for Career Outfit since patch

1.31.

You have to be controlling the sim to access it,

though, which would probably make them no longer a
service NPC.

You can change the outfit temporarily using

testingCheats or MasterController to take the NPC
into CAS - if it's an NPC who spawns afresh every
now and then, though, like a bartender, the changes
won't stick.

Or, you can change the default outfits for all pizza
guys/maids/whatever using Cmar's SIMO editor.

I altered the outfit of a burglar who came to the park

doing the Fake Meta Autononmy, when the Service
Sims hang out for a couple hours, then they run back
home (where they go *poof* and disappear). I did
this with Edit in CaS from the MC mod. The alteration
stuck, when she has appeared afterwards she has
the new burglar suit I gave her. So I think this can be
done with all Service sims without any problem, I can
do it in my games anyway.

My bartender's outfits stick. They haven't reverted

back after hours upon hours of playing. I used MC's
edit in cas to change them. Make sure you have the
register Mod. I think that helps.
