1. ETL development-Pentaho

Project : Sourcing Data warehousing:

Description:
To provide an ETL process to extract data from flat files and Oracle systems as part of the project and send the report
to the Business Community. The load process is scheduled to run Daily Basis. It is a Migration Project where we
Migrate Pentaho 4.2 to Pentaho 9.4.

Responsibilities :
● Responsible for developing, supporting, and maintenance for the ETL processes using Pentaho and Scheduling
those Jobs through Crontab.
● Wrote Complex SQL Queries on Oracle Tables to pull data for analysis purposes.
● Developed database objects including tables, indexes, views, sequences, triggers, etc.. to troubleshoot any
Database problems.
● Monitored and performed troubleshooting batches and sessions for weekly and monthly extracts from various
data sources across all platforms to the target database.
● Interact with the onsite client to understand the business requirements of reports and suggest a suitable design
to fulfill the requirement.
● Developed interactive PowerBI dashboards and reports.

Description :
Reactor CX (RCX) is a real-time, cloud-based application used to execute discount pricing strategies and loyalty
programs. RCX is developed to be distributed in a SaaS model (B2B). Loyalty Methods and Rythmos have been
working on ReactorCX, a real-time, cloud-based, multi-channel customer engagement and loyalty platform.

Responsibilities :
 Developing the Transformations and Jobs by following the prescribed BRDs, and verifying the Result Sets
according to the Specifications.
 Automated file transfer process and mail notifications by using FTP Task and Send Mail Task in
Transformations.
 Used Error handling Strategy for trapping Errors by defining Error handling in all crucial steps of ETL
transformation and sending errors to an error Table.
 Involved in validating the data for initial and incremental loads and produced unit test and validation documents
for the Client as part of Unit Testing.
 Analyzed large datasets using PowerBI to extract meaningful insights and support business strategies.
 Conducted regular data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports and visualizations. 
